The Conditions of Sale reported here regulate the offer and sale of products on the website www.genyed.com

Purchases made on www.genyed.com are regulated, although not expressly provided for in the following purchase conditions, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06 September 2005 relating to the protection of consumers regarding distance contracts.

The supplier of the products on the site is Genyed Srls, with headquarters in Via Maino, 6 - 21013 Gallarate (VA) Italy, VAT number GB342232733.

The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog and are visible when choosing and completing the order before completing the forwarding procedure. All images are included for illustrative purposes. The products may undergo changes following updates by the manufacturer. Prices (including VAT and any other taxes and duties) are indicated next to each product in the online catalogue.
For orders of any amount, shipping throughout the UK is FREE.
The price that will be recorded is the one present next to the product at the time the order is concluded, without taking into account any updates that may occur subsequently.
The request for an invoice must be made immediately after the order by writing to info@genyed.com
Genyed Srls reserves the right to vary product prices without notice. Any new amounts will be effective from the moment they are published on the Genyed Srls website and will be applied to sales made from that moment.
After completing the order, an order confirmation email will be sent. The consumer is invited to print the email and keep it. If he does not receive it, the consumer is invited to contact Genyed Srls by writing to this email: info@genyed.com
In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to process the order partially or totally, Genyed Srls will promptly send an e-mail to make arrangements with the consumer, without prejudice to the possibility for the consumer to request cancellation, even partial. , of the order and the refund of the corresponding amount already paid.
If the user's data is incomplete or otherwise inaccurate (so as to make delivery of the package impossible), Genyed Srls will contact the user before processing the order.

Genyed Srls provides payment methods via:

Stripe: payment by credit card.

PayPal: payment with PayPal account (if you don't have an account, you can create one before completing the order, from the PayPal login page). It is also possible to pay by credit card without having a PayPal account. To find out which cards are accepted, consult information/payment.

We use Stripe and PayPal for maximum security of our customers. The payment data is not visible to Genyed Srls which does not see or record the sensitive transaction data.

Genyed Srls will promptly deliver the products purchased via express courier, which guarantees delivery throughout the national territory, in 1/3 working days starting from the day following the order placement. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours (9-18). Genyed Srls will do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the indicated deadlines. The consumer is invited to contact Genyed Srls in the event of a delay in delivery and in any case to report any disservice detected.

Genyed Srls, owner of the e-commerce site www.genyed.com, communicates that personal data, provided with the purchase or in any other way, are subject to processing pursuant to Law no. 196/2003 and European regulation n.679/2016.
The data is entered into a customer database at the time of the first order.

With reference to such data, Genyed Srls communicates that: the collection and processing of consumer data are necessary if he wants to place an order for products; their processing will take place in relation to contractual requirements, including deposit, payment and delivery operations of the products ordered, to fulfill obligations established by law or ordered by the Authorities and, upon explicit authorization, for the purposes of interactive commercial and promotional information and for market research.
The consumer's data may be communicated to employees of Genyed Srls, the consumer's data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties who are not employees of Genyed Srls, except to the subjects necessary or functional for carrying out the contractual activity of Genyed Srls: banking institutions for the management of payments and shipping agents for transport to the place indicated by the consumer, third parties who provide activities and services necessary for the execution of the services that the consumer has decided to request from Genyed Srls.

Responsibility
Genyed Srls assumes no responsibility relating to the use that the customer intends to make of the purchased goods. In the event of defective or non-functioning goods, Genyed Srls will have the sole burden of repair or replacement at its discretion. Under no circumstances will Genyed be held responsible for lost earnings due to the inability to use the products purchased.

Warranty
All products sold by Genyed Srls through the e-commerce site www.genyed.com are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice/receipt; the warranty will start from the date of delivery of the goods.
By accepting the purchase contract, the Customer acknowledges the Assistance methods in force at the time of the use of Warranty Assistance, which he accepts.
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.
This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number reference in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, Genyed Srls will restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement or reduce the price, until the contract is terminated.

The Customer, if he intends to make use of the guarantee, must contact assistance in advance by sending an email to info@genyed.com. Only after Genyed Srls has given instructions to the customer on the shipping address, the customer will be able to send the goods to the location indicated by Genyed Srls at his own expense.

In the event that, for any reason, Genyed Srls is unable to return to its Customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed at its own discretion with the refund of the entire amount paid or with the replacement with a product with characteristics equal or higher.

If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs if supported by Genyed Srls.
